I have directed my practice to work with clients who are experiencing emotional distress, transitions, trauma, and with members of the military community. I work in helping clients emotionally regulate through the use of Self-Regulation Therapy, DBT, Narrative, and CBT approaches.
I spent the majority of my graduate studies researching and learning more about anxiety and trauma. Furthermore, I have completed the first level of the Satir Systemic training as well as the Post-Advanced level of Self-Regulation Therapy training.
As a military wife and mother to a son in the Navy, I have strong connections to this unique and challenging community and am passionate about empowering military members and their families.
