I'm comfortable working with children, youth, adults and families and have plenty of experience in not-for-profit, educational and private practice settings. Since effective therapy doesn't take a one-size-fits-all approach, I offer cognitive-behavioural therapy, DBT, EMDR, ART, narrative therapy, expressive arts and much more according to your needs.
