About
Are you seeking an alternative way of healing and ready to explore? Open to letting go of old hurts in order to experience a breakthrough? You desire to release your old patterns of behaviour and are seeking a therapist that will partner with you by listening deeply, challenging you, and celebrating with you. You are motivated to do the work to get the results you’ve always wanted (in individual or group sessions). I work with women who serve others in healing arts and business. These women are family-oriented and many don’t want to parent like your parents did.
I offer you an alternative solution to traditional talk therapy. Learn and release subconscious patterns that are in the way of your peace and happiness. You get decades of experience with individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, and conflict. Clients have experienced a deeper connection with self and freedom from struggles and clarity in 4 months!
Life can be challenging and we all deserve to be happy, fulfilled, and to move past experiences that we have allowed to hold us back. If you are ready for a radical healing journey to confidence and clarity, let's chat and see if we are a good fit to work together.
