Not currently accepting new clients - waitlist available. If you are struggling, my aim is to walk alongside you in your journey to wellness, whatever that may look like for you. I am passionate about supporting individuals in developing coping skills, building distress tolerance, and regaining resilience and confidence. I work with my clients to create a personalized treatment plan that can support you in moving forward in your life in a healthy way, whether that be through more effective communication and relationships, processing historical experiences, or mood stabilization.
Collaboration lies at the heart of this approach. I view therapy as a partnership, where both therapist and client work together to explore challenges, identify strengths, and co-create solutions. Rather than adopting a top-down approach where the therapist holds all the answers, I believe in empowering clients to take an active role in their own healing.
If you feel we could be a good fit, and are interested in learning more, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to meeting with you. For more information, you can view my website: sydneyhunterpsychotherapy.org
