My work is informed not only by professional training, but also by personal experience in long-term addiction recovery, widowhood, and someone who has been impacted by serious illness, caregiving, and loss.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and grounded in genuine human connection. Together, we will make sense of what you’re carrying, understand the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, and develop practical ways to move forward with greater clarity, self-compassion, and understanding.
