I offer video, phone and texting sessions. Some experiences impact people in ways that are difficult to explain to the people around us. Grief, trauma, caregiving, addiction, burnout, and major life transitions can leave yo feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying far more than anyone realizes. I work with first responder families, healthcare professionals, therapists and others navigating life’s most difficult seasons. My work is informed not only by professional training, but also by personal experience in long-term addiction recovery, widowhood, and someone who has been impacted by serious illness, caregiving, and loss.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and grounded in genuine human connection. Together, we will make sense of what you’re carrying, understand the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, and develop practical ways to move forward with greater clarity, self-compassion, and understanding.
There is no right reason to come to therapy. You may be grieving, caregiving, struggling with addiction, burn out, job stress, feeling stuck in old patterns, or simply trying to make sense of life.
