Healing doesn’t have to feel cold, clinical, or overwhelming. I specialize in helping individuals who feel stuck in relationships or weighed down by old emotional patterns reconnect with their authentic selves. If you're carrying wounds from your past or feeling overwhelmed in the present, you don't have to navigate it alone. Real healing is possible—even for the messiest parts of life. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. We'll start by gently exploring your family of origin and identifying beliefs or patterns that may be limiting you. We'll create space for growth and self-understanding.

I use internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR), two research-based approaches that help people connect with their inner strength and move through stuck patterns. We will work at your pace, honouring your story. I'm a warm and direct therapist with over 18 years of experience working as a clinician. We will learn to feel to heal.

I am currently working only through Zoom. The transition from chaos to comfort begins with a feeling of safety and security. I believe in a relationship between therapist and client that can tolerate mess and still have a safe container to be in.

I always want to clean out the wound to see what we are treating, starting from a family of origin, beliefs, or value system. We will engage in some somatic and experiential work, and I will meet you where you are in your system. We will integrate IFS to see where blocks are and work from there.
