Although many issues being addressed in therapy may, at some level, appear the same, individuals' experiences, and their interpretation of those experiences are often very different, so I'm committed to identifying an approach that fits each client.

Groups
Women's Support Group
Each week, eight women will share their stories and struggles dealing with conflict avoidance (among several other issues), a consistent theme I have seen among this demographic. For only $75 a week, participants are able to get the support they need while expanding their social network. Women usually form close bonds with one another due to the sharing level that takes place. Additionally, a private forum is created for members to talk to each other between sessions! Email me to reserve a spot in this affordable therapy option. Date: Tuesdays (7-8:30pm) OR Fridays (10-11:30am).
