My two specialty areas are treating trauma, including front-line workers, and helping couples. Along with talk therapy, I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is a scientifically proven, effective, and efficient method of helping people heal. For couples, I can help you identify the source of your conflict and help you rebuild your connection
