While my practice focuses on treatment of trauma, what you have experienced in your life may not feel like "trauma". Instead you may be experiencing anxiety, emotional over-reactions, constant feeling of watching your environment for safety concerns, or other unsettling feelings.
My specialty includes the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you heal and break through the emotional and physical symptoms of past negative experiences, trauma and PTSD including anxiety, emotional dysregulation, hypervigilence, codependency, grief, job related stress, and more.
I have walked with people through trauma, relationships, and identities in crisis. I blend science and heart using EMDR and ART to rewrite trauma’s grip, CBT, or ACT to rewire thought and action.
