I work with individuals from childhood through adulthood, as well as couples and families. What unites my work is not who you are but what you have experienced and what healing and wellness means to you.

My approach is science based, collaborative, and steady.
I am an older, experienced therapist that offers a safe space for you and/or your loved ones to explore old patterns and learn and practice new ways of being. I have extensive training and practice in attachment trauma across the lifespan and utilize EMDR, somatic modalities, play and expressive therapies, parts work, and integrative couples therapies.
Whether it is a new crisis or time to address stuckness, you deserve to take care of yourself or you loved one in a new way.
