Suzanne works with adults and teens in her private practice with offices in Lindsay and Port Perry. Relationship counselling and family counselling as well as individual counselling are available. Suzanne also has specific experience with first responders and business executives. Suzanne explores the issues that are positively and negatively effecting life, relationships and work. Some people have diagnosed concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, depression, PTSD while others require tools to facilitate communication and sort out life choices and directions both at home and in the work place. Fees range depend on modality etc
Beginning counselling is a responsible, healthy, adult choice. It is accepting that there is value in gaining insight from a non biased, non judgemental person who has specific training and experience in facilitating emotional health and healing. It is about knowing yourself better so that you can make clear, conscious choices toward a fulfilling life.
Suzanne began her career in Toronto 25 years ago at what is now CAMH. She is a published author and presenter as well as Registered Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. This provides an eclectic frame of reference and a unique collection of materials and tools to draw from in life coaching, and symptom management of anxiety, depression and PTSD.
