Hi, my name is Suzan :) - I work with couples and Individuals to support them connect to what's beyond their psychological structures, personal stories, and past traumas. My educational background, and 24 years of professional experience, draws from various therapeutic traditions such as the cognitive,(CBT), systemic, (IFS), psychodynamic and existential, but it is the deeper and transpersonal perspective and approach that has my heart; It is about growing a loving awareness of yourself, and what's beyond the self; to tap into a greater sense of our connectedness with everything, to be at home inside, and to build our life in that.
One-on-one's: In our sessions we will converse both verbally and energetically. I will reflect back to you some of what you might not see of your own deeper nature, and how what cover's that leads to various imbalances - For Couples: It's a space to see, meet and discover each other newly; To walk with your heart open in all aspects of life, together.
To me the counselling-space is a creative alive unfoldment of intelligent goodness, and much can open, move and rapidly change, as we meet, explore and embrace the many different voices/aspects of us, while listening for the real one beneath them all.
