I value a practical approach to addressing concerns, and will co-create strategies with you, drawing from your personal wisdom and experience combined with researched best practices.
Part of our first discussion will be exploring where and how you would like to engage in this work. I am available for virtual appointments. I am also happy to see clients for Wellness Walk Therapy or community/home-based appointments if those feel best for you (see www.suuntawellness.ca for more details). I also offer EMDR both virtually and in person.
