As a psychotherapist, I help facilitate your journey and guide you towards your personal goals by empowering you to remove emotional and psychological roadblocks.
I provide affordable counselling and psychotherapy to individuals in Toronto (and virtually) using an integrated approach including, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, narrative, and humanistic interventions, among others. Because clients have different concerns and different personalities, I customize and structure my approach to best suit their needs.
I am dedicated to providing a warm, supportive, and safe environment for you to explore and grow. Empathy, compassion, and deep listening are the hallmark of my practice.
