Susanne Froese currently has a waitlist for new clients.
Every person could, at some point in their lives, use some extra support to help them through something they are dealing with. It may be anxiety, depression, infertility, parenting stress, loss, or normal life events that feel overwhelming or exhausting. I'm here to support you as you work through these issues and move towards change. I want to help you find the strengths you already have and empower you to promote positive change and growth in your life. I am happy to provide in-person, virtual, or phone counselling depending on your wishes and needs.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the client and situation, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, with elements of Internal Family Systems and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I am happy to integrate different faith values and spirituality into counselling for those who desire it.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and I feel honoured to work with individuals on their journey to healing. Whatever it is you are experiencing, you are not alone. Reach out and see how I can help.
