Every person could, at some point in their lives, use some extra support to help them through something they are dealing with. It may be anxiety, depression, relationship or parenting stress, fertility issues, loss, or normal life events that feel overwhelming or exhausting. I'm here to support you as you work through these issues and move towards change. I provide trauma-informed care and I want to help you find the strengths you already have and empower you to promote positive change and growth in your life. I am happy to provide in-person, virtual, or phone counselling depending on your wishes and needs.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the client and situation, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy and Deep Brain Reorienting for trauma. I am happy to integrate faith values into counselling for those who desire it.
