I specialize in treating trauma, depression, and anxiety with emotionally-focused therapy for individual and couples (EFIT/EFCT). I will walk alongside you on this part of your journey—holding space for your pain, and working with you to uncover new perspectives, and to learn skills and strategies so you can thrive.
