I am currently accepting new clients. Anxiety, negative thinking, relationship issues, ADHD and/or depression can be overwhelming to navigate alone. There are times in life when it's difficult to know how to move forward. I believe that we all need support as we walk our unique life journey. Coming to counselling is an act of self-compassion, connection and hope. By using a trauma informed approach, we will focus on goals to support your mental well-being and develop skills that promote personal empowerment and resilience.

I work with individuals (teen and adults) and couples. I practice from a client-centered framework, offering a warm, compassionate and supportive space. I believe counselling should be an integrative experience of mind, body and soul. Together we can create an individualized approach that will promote growth and healing.

I'd be happy to meet with you virtually to introduce myself and explain what to expect during our first session. Fall River location: direct billing to your provider. Virtual Sessions (available on weekends and evenings): clients pay me directly. I provide clients with a receipt that they can submit to their provider for reimbursement.
