I am currently accepting new clients (virtual sessions only). Anxiety, negative thinking, relationship issues, and/or depression can be overwhelming to navigate alone. There are times in life when it's difficult to know how to move forward. I believe that we all need support as we walk our unique life journey. Coming to counselling is an act of self-compassion, connection and hope. By using a trauma informed approach, we will focus on goals to support your mental well-being and develop skills that promote personal empowerment and resilience.
I work with individuals (teen and adults) and couples. I practice from a client-centered framework, offering a warm, compassionate and supportive space. I believe counselling should be an integrative experience of mind, body and soul. Together we can create an individualized approach that will promote growth and healing.
I'd be happy to meet with you virtually to introduce myself and explain what to expect during our first session. My counselling services may be covered through employee benefit programs and insurance plans. Reaching out is the first step on your path towards greater joy and fulfillment.
