While the reality of chronic pain is complex and rooted in neuroscience, the path to healing doesn’t have to be. My practice is dedicated to helping people like you navigate this journey. Trust my extensive expertise in chronic pain therapy and my deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social factors that contribute to it. I am also a national speaker on this topic. RSW with 30+ years in hospital and community settings. I hold advanced training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and many other somatic approaches for chronic pain and nervous system regulation, helping clients change how the brain interprets pain signals. I prefer a "bottom up" approach to chronic pain, meaning feeling the feelings, using somatic tracking and leaning into positive sensations in the body, explore sensations without fear, with of course a sprinkle of "top down" education in pain science.
