About
*I am currently accepting new video/telephone clients.* If you have found yourself reading this page, then you have successfully admitted to yourself that you may need some help. That is a very good first step towards feeling better. It is so important to find yourself a ‘good fit’ for this type of work. For this reason, I am offering a complimentary 15 minute telephone or video introduction to my services. This will allow you to interview me as a means to make the right decision for you. Generally, my goal is to provide you with an empathetic, compassionate ear in order to provide you with tools that you can work with on your own.
I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Adlerian therapy. If this sounds helpful to you, I invite you to book a 30 minute session with me for $75, or a 1 hour session for $150.
*My fees are aligned with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellor's recommended fee schedule: https://bc-counsellors.org/find-a-counsellor/fee-schedule/ To take your next step in helping yourself feel better, phone or email me today so we can find a time to connect.
