I offer a trauma informed, client-centered approach. Intergrating DBT and CBT helping individuals manage a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, divorce, grief and historical trauma. In a safe and caring manner, I will help you address your concerns and reach your healing goals in a way that feels achievable.
The Covid-19 pandemic impacted people in ways that takes time to recover from. The reintegration of busy lives also brings challenges.
