I bring a wealth of training and experience to my private practice in areas of domestic violence, relationship issues, anger & emotion management, symptoms of anxiety & depression and PTSD. I work compassionately with survivors of abuse and sexual assault, providing hope, support and healing. I have experience working with the Family Court system and the stresses involved with high conflict families around custody and access.
I offer trauma informed Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helping individuals manage a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, divorce, grief and historical trauma. In a safe and caring manner, I will help you address your concerns and reach your healing goals in a way that feels achievable.
The Covid-19 pandemic impacted people in ways that takes time to recover from. The reintegration of busy lives also brings challenges. I am familiar with many of the stresses and joys of marriage, parenthood and life, and I will respectfully support and challenge your views in a way to build and strengthen your skills that are unique to you.
