I have been counselling for more than 30 years. I want to inspire you to create and live your best life. Are there ideas you hold or patterns you have that are holding you back? I strive to collaborate with you to find limitations or blocks and build a positive framework for finding your way through what may be a difficult time. Sometime we need to evaluate our thought patterns, our boundaries, our guilt, and our limited thinking to reveal what we truly need to find happiness. I want to help you find the strength to build your vision of harmonious relationships, a career with passion, and a life which feeds your soul.
I have a lot of experience supporting adults who are recovering from an unexpected life set back and have suffered a brain injury from concussion. I know the symptoms well and how to find a way through the recovery. My understanding of Family Systems, Relationships, Sexuality, Hypnotherapy, Education, Behaviour, Parenting, and Nutrition inform my practice.
I am a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association & Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnosis (B.C. Div.). I have a Masters of Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria, a Bachelor of Education from University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science (Family Systems) from the University of Alberta. I have three children.
