I am currently taking new clients for September 2024. I offer an approach to counselling based on authenticity, genuine care and respect. I work with my clients collaboratively and non-judgmentally, using an eclectic approach built on person/child-centred therapy and attachment therapy. I offer short-term and in depth counselling to address issues that make people/parents/children/youth feel stuck, ashamed, confused, guilty, depressed, worried, afraid or just curious and that might be preventing them from reaching a sense of fulfilment, self-efficacy & control in their lives.
I am originally from Venezuela and provide services in English and Spanish. I have experience working with diverse clients experiencing different life challenges. I genuinely believe that everybody has the innate ability to grow and overcome challenges when the right support and conditions are given.
