My counselling style is intended to help you better respond to your current life situation and challenges by assisting you as you explore your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It is also intended to help you develop skills you can use in the future when you run into new difficulties.
Along with my professional training and affiliations I bring to my practice the life experiences of a wife, mother, widow, single parent, and parent of a blended family. I know that life can be confusing and difficult hence my desire to help others navigate their own difficult path in life.
