Our dynamic team of psychotherapy professionals is committed to working with you to identify stuck patterns and build strategies for living a healthier, happier, more authentic life. We have two locations in the Ottawa area and offer virtual appointments. Our clinic is pleased to offer free complimentary introductions and reduced/sliding scale rates.
