Are you struggling with anxiety, low mood, irritability, relationship challenges, or generally just don't feel good about yourself? If so you are not alone and help is available. Life can challenge us in many different ways. Talking to someone is often the first step towards change and feeling better about yourself. My goal is to provide you with a safe place in which we can build upon your unique strengths and abilities. I believe with support, and the appropriate interventions, we can find improvements or solutions to a wide variety of problems.
My practice focuses on treating adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, low self-esteem, weight issues or unhealthy lifestyle and grief. I have formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR and Grief Recovery so that I may provide a variety approaches to best help my clients with their problems.
My primary approach to therapy is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is a widely accepted approach for variety of problems and mental health issues.
