Hello! I am a Registered Psychologist who works collaboratively with clients of all genders and orientations to explore the ways you deal with your life's challenges. My goal is to help you shift patterns so that you're able to show up as the way you want to in all areas of your world. This looks different for everyone, and therapy is tailored to each person's goals and needs. Folks often come to me because they are feeling stuck (whether in grief, trauma, societal expectations, or sexual difficulties) and are looking for a bridge to the life they want to live.

I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist and employ an intersectional-feminist understanding of how the circumstances of our lives impact our ability to respond to life's stressors. Somatic Experiencing guides my work in processing past traumatic events. I’m also currently studying to become a Certified Sex Therapist.

I base my work in a belief in people's innate capacity for growth. I work out of Square Peg Psychology in Edmonton and provide virtual therapy to clients across Alberta.
