About
If you are experiencing grief, painful life transitions, seeking a safe place to explore your concerns around sexuality, gender or spirituality, or facing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, loneliness and other types of emotional distress I hope you will reach out. Together we can travel those difficult places in your life journey, find out what you need for self understanding, emotional strength, resilient coping and living into your wholeness.
I provide services through an online video office for Individual Psychotherapy, Individual and Group Grief education & support and Guided Nature Therapy walks (Remote & In-Person). I offer a private, safe, non-judgmental caring therapeutic relationship where you can talk about your problems and find an ally in your journey towards wholeness and well being.
I know how lonely, frightening and overwhelming it can be to face a death, yours or someone you know; how hard it can be to figure out who you are authentically when people you care about don’t see you or accept you for who you are; how upsetting it can be when our relationships are struggling or when our beliefs and world views are shifting. I’m here.
