Do you feel worried about your child? Are you concerned that they are not happy or reaching their potential? Is your child experiencing difficulties with attention, focus, achievement, self-regulation, learning or social skills? Are you or your teen/young adult frustrated or need guidance on how to move forward? Through collaboration and a thoughtful, caring approach, I offer assessment, relevant diagnoses, counselling and parenting. For over 20 years, I have helped countless families through my work in schools and within a clinical setting.
In my practise, I work with children, youth, and their families in the following areas: ADHD, learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, parenting, anxiety, and mental health. My work focuses on positive educational and social/emotional outcomes. I can help build healthy and positive relationships, improve well being and self-esteem.
A child's challenges can be stressful on the child and on the family; however, accessing support can be very transformational. It is not always easy to embark in this process but it really can result in positive change! My treatment approaches include individual counselling, parenting support, and child therapy. I look forward to hearing from you!
