I have a master’s in counselling and psychology and am a certified counsellor and hypnotherapist. Having been an educator in both the secondary and post-secondary systems for 30 years, I am well versed in the principals of learning, student-teacher-parent relationships, multi-disciplinary and learning-based approaches, as it pertains to counselling.
I specialize in hearing your narrative while incorporating somatic techniques, EMDR, and hypnotherapy to create change. Whether you are an individual, a couple, or a family, I am here.
