I offer online therapy. My private psychology practice focuses on children and adults who are impacted by Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (either directly or through a family member) and/or other learning disabilities or behavioral challenges. I also treat individuals suffering from depression, stress, anxiety, or relationship problems and children who are learning to cope with their parents' divorce. I am licensed by l'ordre des psychologues du Quebec and I am a member of the Canadian ADHD/ADD Resource Alliance (CADDRA).
A whole family unit can be disrupted when one member is experiencing difficulty. When I work with children, I strive to support/strengthen the entire family, as change is more likely to occur when the needs of all family members are addressed. Consequently, I provide parenting support, in addition to my work with the child.
With individuals experiencing depression, stress, and/or anxiety, I rely on a cognitive behavioral approach. This insight-focused therapy emphasizes recognizing and changing negative thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. My work with you will help you to identify your difficulties and to make changes that will allow you to feel better and to function more optimally.
