The road is long and the path isn't always clear. I know experiencing pain, whether it be physical or emotional, is inevitable. Despite that, we are often faced with navigating through life's challenges with uncertainty or fear. I see adolescents, adults and seniors, individually, in families or couples, who are seeking support in facing uncertainties and overcoming challenges including those that come with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addictions, stress, sexuality, relationships, addictions, and family discord.
