It is through our everyday relationships we can begin to understand others, our communities and ourselves. I work with individuals and offer group programs. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages in my practice both in person, online and/or on the phone.
For over 30 years, I have been working with people who have experienced trauma, both simple and complex post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I offer several modalities that can clear these traumatic memories, so you can live a life that is free from these incidents and with more peace.
My clinical services use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Strategies, Talk Therapy, Expressive Arts and interweaves the Internal Family Systems framework, to help clients cope, find relief and peace. I have been trained to work with first-line emergency responders and veterans, those who've experienced or witnessed trauma.
