I am a firm believer that there is no one right or true way to engage in therapy. Everyone comes with a set of their own unique life experiences, which requires an individualized take on achieving personal goals and overcoming barriers. My approach is based in evidence and strength based practice, while focusing on you and where you are in your journey. We will work together to create a safe and empowering environment. You will receive support in gaining insight, developing coping mechanisms and strategies and strengthening the foundation of your authentic self through methods such as CBT, EFT, Attachment & Trauma Approaches.
I have over 10 years of experience with youth, adolescents, adults, individuals and families both in crisis as well as in a long term therapeutic role. Based on my own experiences, infertility support is a foundational passion of mine. I take an empathic approach supporting those experiencing infertility, perinatal/postnatal needs and family planning.
My approach is simple – support you, the client, in achieving your goals. Whether you are looking for support in achieving big life goals, or simply overcoming the day-to-day stressors, burnout and difficult transitions , we will work together, starting from where you are at in your life to get to a place that truly resonates with you.
