I work with youth, teens and adults both in person and virtually across Ontario. Neurodivergent clients with us at Sunrise can also access specialized care and support with our DSW on social, safety, life skills (empowering independence), tutoring and respite.
We offer several services for clients ages 12+ including adults. Services range from 6 week CBT programs to support anxiety, depression, self esteem or peer challenges, positive parenting, specialized care for the queer/trans community, navigating life changes and more. Most importantly our sessions are always personalized to meet your individual needs.
