I support clients with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, trauma, burnout, grief, relationship and family issues, parenting, workplace stress, postpartum depression, life transitions, and families of children with autism. With over 25 years of experience supporting people in community and faith-based settings, as an ECE and mother of four, I also support Korean immigrants and multicultural families, and offer ICBC trauma counselling, WorkSafeBC, CVAP, and MCFD referrals.
I help clients understand emotions, heal from trauma, strengthen relationships, and build practical coping skills. I integrate trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, SFT, and art-based approaches to meet each client's needs. Spiritually integrated counselling is available upon request. Personality and psychological assessments (non-diagnostic) are also available.
Beginning counselling is not always easy. Opening up about painful experiences takes courage. Whatever you choose to share, you will be met with respect, compassion, and without judgment. We will move at a pace that feels right for you. A complimentary 15-minute consultation is available.
