I specialize in serving as a cultural bridge for immigrant and bicultural communities, seamlessly integrating evidence-based Western modalities (like EFT, CBT, DBT, CPT, and EMDR-in-training) with holistic Eastern perspectives to address intergenerational stress, identity, and emotional challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss.
In Chinese philosophy, the wisdom of the empty cup teaches that growth begins with openness.When releasing judgment and needing to prove ourselves, the mind becomes clear and receptive.
