When trauma, burnout, or grief have taken a toll, life can begin to feel overwhelming, disconnected, or hard to move forward from. I bring over 20 years of professional experience, alongside my own human understanding, to support people in gently processing what they’ve been carrying and reconnecting with a sense of steadiness, meaning, and possibility.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and paced to your nervous system. I work with individuals experiencing trauma, chronic stress and burnout, and grief or loss. I draw from EMDR, parts work, polyvagal theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness and self-compassion practices.

I help clients feel more grounded, resourced, and able to move forward in ways that align with their values. Clients often describe me as warm, steady, and easy to talk to. Finding the right therapeutic fit matters, and I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation.
