I believe that the strength it takes to reach out, and your story, is as important as assessing what is going on for you, and determining your counselling goals. I promise that together, we can identify and help you cope with the emotions, behaviours & environment that you may be struggling with, and as a result, can experience joy again. As a result of my extensive training, and personal experiences, I have had a special interest in how change, loss or grief can have an impact on one’s sense of self, health, purpose, meaning and well-being with respect to self-care and resiliency.

Talking about mental health is so brave and important. I'm a registered clinical counsellor and my goal is to help you in helping yourself through your journey to find solutions and achieve a balanced and fulfilling life that you desire through better self-awareness and insight. I use an integrative approach and can support you through your challenges.

Therapy should be about achieving lasting change that improves your quality of life. I work with individuals and couples. You may be looking for a therapist to talk to, but more importantly, you are looking for someone who can help you achieve change. Whether you are experiencing relationship issues, emotional burnout, anxiety, depression, or life challenges, the way forward is through change. My approach is empathetic while being goal-oriented. I won't sugar-coat it but I will support you to help you achieve your goals. I aim to go beyond talk therapy by implementing interventions that address what is holding you back.
