I work with clients who have a history of childhood trauma, relationship and attachment challenges, and/or low self-confidence, which oftentimes results in cycles of anxiety and depression. Their challenges can look like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and feeling like they're "never enough." Additionally, they may be going through a major life transition, have stress and burnout, sleep problems/insomnia, ADHD, and difficulties with emotion regulation. Many of my clients identify as BIPOC and appreciate that they can speak to someone who "gets" their experiences.

I am a queer, cisgender, woman and I have experienced episodes of mental unwellness myself. I offer therapy services to teens, adults, and couples. If you’re struggling with grief, loss, birth trauma, or defining yourself as a parent, counseling can help you start to feel like yourself again. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, I can offer you support wherever you are on your parenting journey.

My areas of specialty include addictions, trauma, and sexual abuse, and I have extensive experience in other areas of psychotherapy including depression, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, grief and loss, family of origin issues, dissociation, separation, and infertility. I have a passion for helping people develop new ways of understanding and working through their challenges. I am a registered clinical social worker and psychotherapist.
