My training in Social Work and Counselling Psychology has allowed me to be able to really work successfully with people within their individual situations. I see you in the big picture. It all connects. My therapeutic approach is client centered, narrative, strength based and multi-modal.
I have been counselling for 20 years with individuals, couples and families. I am also trained in various forms of trauma therapy and have great success in treating clients with simple and complex trauma.
