I am a Canadian-certified perinatal mental health therapist with specialized training in perinatal grief and loss, birth and reproductive trauma, and infertility. I have 15 years of experience in both community mental health and private practice. I use a grief framework which incorporates different modalities including neuroscience, solution-focused, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches to navigate the complex emotions you may be experiencing. I also support individuals beyond the perinatal/postpartum period who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and work stressors.
Together, we will explore patterns of thinking, behaviors, and emotions that may be affecting you. We will look at the deeper layers of your concerns going beyond coping strategies to make meaningful changes in your life. We will find our way towards a life with less emotional pain, embrace new identities and explore ways to reconcile your experiences.
