I am a clinical social worker and a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have extensive experience in working with individuals with mood and anxiety disorders, relationship issues and trauma. I utilize an integrative approach, mainly incorporating Emotion Focused Therapy and Mindfulness approaches.
