Animal Assisted CBT for Kids Group
This weekly group is designed for children ages 8-12 who struggle with anxiety, stress, low mood, and big emotions. Through fun, activity-based learning, kids will build coping skills, challenge negative self-talk, practice mindfulness, and develop emotional resilience. Plus, our canine-assisted approach adds extra comfort and engagement! Parents will also receive helpful resources to support their child’s progress at home.
