Using mindfulness and body movement, this group focuses on regulating the nervous system through yoga and psychoeducation on trauma to reduce trauma symptoms.

Animal Assisted CBT for Kids Group
This weekly group is designed for children ages 8-12 who struggle with anxiety, stress, low mood, and big emotions. Through fun, activity-based learning, kids will build coping skills, challenge negative self-talk, practice mindfulness, and develop emotional resilience. Plus, our canine-assisted approach adds extra comfort and engagement! Parents will also receive helpful resources to support their child’s progress at home.
