Every healing journey is different. As to foster an environment conducive to your healing process, I work to ensure a safe and non-judgmental space for you. My practice includes a collaborative approach alongside therapies such as dialectical behaviour therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behaviour therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Working with clients experiencing hopelessness, emptiness, self-destructive behaviours, intense emotions, unstable relationships, and troubles communicating effectively in their interpersonal relationships constitutes much of my background in this field.
