As being a Muslim woman, mother, and first generation Canadian, I found it’s difficult to navigate through too many roles and responsibilities that lead us towards facing many mental health issues of anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and low self esteem, at times. I can help you with navigating through these challenges, staying focused, engaged, working towards and achieving your life goals as well as in attaining an authentic self. l am also enthusiastic to help couples who are having difficulties in their relationship and want to change their relationship into a beautiful, enriching, and fulfilling.
I believe in providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for individuals who are going through difficult phases of their lives and need support in order to live a happy, rich, and meaningful life. I am adherent to providing an integrated therapy, using CBT, ACT, and mindfulness techniques according to the specific needs and personality style of the clients.
I am passionate to help women who are going through life transitions and are finding it tough to cope.
