Using metaphors, visual experiments, exploring sensations in the body, mindfully and with intention, we will get comfortable with being with what is and exploring what shift is necessary and possible. We will also experiment with supported challenges - expressing & embodying anger/conflict, anxiety, depression, rest, endings, uncertainty and more.
I have experience working with clients from trans, queer, migrant, bipoc communities & often those who sit at the intersections of these identities. I'm mindful of difference, power, privilege, and oppression that exists in our systems and day to day lives. I hope to co-create a brave space with you for whatever needs to emerge!
