Anger Management
Do you lose control over your emotions and act in a way, which you regret later on? Do you promise yourself you will no longer lose control over a very stressful situation? Anger management classes will teach you skills that will help you become aware of your emotions, and help you manage stressful situations in an assertive non-aggressive manner. Our co-ed group serves both court-mandated individuals, as well as those who attend voluntarily or at the request of their family or workplace.
