Welcome! I am Shelley Rush a Registered Psychotherapist and Director of Rush & Associates. I am committed to collaboratively assessing your current situation. My goal is to help individuals, couples and groups work towards empowering themselves in the process of change and understanding. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. I am trained in CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness and DBT. I use an integrated model helping you to develop an individual plan that suits your needs.

Our practice has the honour of spending our time with couples and families, victims of trauma and individual dealing with trauma, as well as individuals dealing with depression and anxiety-based issues. Do you lose control over your emotions and act in a way, which you regret later on? Do you promise yourself you will no longer lose control over a very stressful situation? Anger management classes will teach you skills that will help you become aware of your emotions, and help you manage stressful situations in an assertive non-aggressive manner. Our co-ed group serves both court-mandated individuals, as well as those who attend voluntarily or at the request of their family or workplace.
