Hello and welcome. I am interested in listening to your story and figuring out together how you can address your difficulties. Perhaps you are experiencing painful emotions and have difficulties figuring them out; perhaps you have a lot on your plate and are overwhelmed by the many demands placed on you; perhaps you find yourself dissatisfied with or worried by relationships in your life; or, maybe you or your loved ones are going through a health crisis and need new skills to manage situations you have never encountered before.
I will carefully listen to you and provide a safe space for you to express your thoughts. I specialize in mindfulness-based therapies as well as in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Most often, however, I use a combination of different approaches tailored to your needs.
I have experience working with persons diagnosed with eating disorders, as well as with those suffering from various medical conditions. I have also been using CBT and behavioural strategies to complement treatment for persons with tinnitus as well as Autism Spectrum Disorders.
