Working closely with my patient(s), together we build a picture of their lifestyle from which different choices can be made that will better serve their present and future goals. My style of delivery is geared toward the needs and goals of my patient(s) enabling them to bring about changes in their lives through their own decision making process.
My approach is brief solution focused for issues requiring immediate attention, and a more in-depth psychodynamic approach for enduring problems. Finding those things that have worked well for my patient(s) can be the catalyst for change and building on those strengths can help release emotional "stuckness".
An important additional area within my practice is executive coaching. I've had considerable experience in the corporate world both in Europe and North America and can help client's navigate their careers, leadership styles, conflict management, relationships and many other aspects of organizational life.
